Back to the Future day 3

Kevin Bosch, Tania Homen und ihr Citizens of Hill Valley Team haben diesen Ausflug für die OUTATOWNers (Zurück in die Zukunft Fans, die von weiter her angereist sind wie wir) geplant. Vielen lieben Dank! :)

Der dritte Zurück in die Zukunft Tag begann beim Anwesen von Doc Brown - das Gamble House in Pasadena, Kalifornien.

Dort trafen wir vor der Gruppe ein und wurden zuerst von einem Jogger angesprochen, der ebenfalls Fan der Filme ist und anschließend von einem netten Mitarbeiter des Hauses begrüßt, der die Gruppe bereits erwartete.

Es ist wirklich ein beeindruckendes Anwesen! Auf der Webseite des Gamble House könnt ihr euch im ganzen Haus in 360° umsehen.

The third Back to the Future day started at Doc's Mansion - the Gamble House in Pasadena, California.

We arrived there in front of the group and were first approached by a jogger who is also a fan of the films and then greeted by a nice employee of the house who was already waiting for the group.

It really is an impressive property! On the Gamble House website you can look around the whole house in 360 °.

Anschließend ging es zur Twin Pines Mall.

Bei unserem letzten Besuch von we're going back 2015 stand das Schild draußen auf der selben Stelle wie im Film.

Inzwischen hat es einen Platz im Einkaufszentrum in einer Nische.

Then we went to the Twin Pines Mall.

At our last visit with we're going back 2015 the sign was standing outside at the same place as in the movie.

It now has a niche in the mall.

Den nächsten Stopp legten wir bei der Whittier Union High School ein, welche die Hill Valley High School in den Filmen darstellt.

Hier trafen wir auch auf Bryan Sato, welcher bei dem we're going back event 2015 "Whitey" von Griff's Gang cosplayte.

Nach einem "Klassenfoto" durften wir die Schule sogar von innen besichtigen! :)

The next stop was at Whittier Union High School, which is Hill Valley High School in the movies.

Here we met Bryan Sato, who cosplayed "Whitey" from Griff's Gang at the we're going back event 2015.

After a "class photo" we were even allowed to visit the school from the inside! :)

Im Hinterhof fanden wir die Treppe, bei welcher sich Marty McFly in Zurück in die Zukunft II auf der Suche nach dem Sport Almanach versteckt hatte, während Strickland Biff tadelte.

In the back yard we found the stairs where Marty McFly had been hiding in Back to the Future II in search of the Sports Almanac, while Strickland rebuked Biff.

Im Innenhof der Schule trafen wir auf einen fröhlichen Jeffrey Weissman ("George McFly" in Zurück in die Zukunft II und III) und die liebe Kimbell.

Ich bin sehr froh, dass Jeffrey mir erlaubt hat, ein paar Fotos von ihm zu machen. ^__^

In the courtyard of the school we met a happy Jeffrey Weissman ("George McFly" in Back to the Future II and III) and the lovely Kimbell.

I am so happy that Jeffrey allowed me to take some pictures of him. ^__^

Nicht weit entfernt befindet sich das Haus von Strickland, dem Direktor der Hill Valley High School.

Not far away is the home of Strickland, the principal of Hill Valley High School.

Die Route führte uns anschließend zur Bushnell Avenue.

John McDonald von der Bushnell Avenue (in der Mitte) wohnt im Haus beim "Peeping Tom Tree". Er ist ebenfalls großer Zurück in die Zukunft Fan.

Er hat sich an unseren Besuch von 2015 erinnert und uns ein kostbares Andenken geschenkt. Vielen lieben Dank! ♥

John McDonald from Bushnell Avenue (in the middle) lives in the house by the "Peeping Tom Tree". He is also a huge Back to the Future fan.

He remembered our visit in 2015 and gave us a memorable artifact.

Bei der nächsten Filmlocation konnten wir einen kurzen Blick in die Turnhalle ergattern, in welcher Marty McFly das Vorspiel mit seiner Band hatte.

At our next filming location we had a short look inside the school gym where Marty McFly hat die audition with his band.

Anschließend gab es eine kleine Stärkung beim Burger King, welchen man ebenfalls in Zurück in die Zukunft sieht.

Der Weg führt Marty McFly an dieser Filiale vorbei, wenn er das Grundstück von Doc Brown verlässt.

Then there was a little refreshment at Burger King, which can also be seen on Back to the Future.

The path leads Marty McFly past this branch when he leaves Doc Brown's property.

Die letzte denkwürdige Filmlocation für diesen Tag war das McFlys Haus.

Jemand hatte seinen DeLorean direkt auf dem Grundstück geparkt.

Es war einfach "stark"! :D

Die nette Dame, die bereits zu den Filmdreharbeiten in diesem Haus wohnte, erinnerte sich sogar an unseren Besuch von 2015. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. :)
Sie erzählte, dass seit dem Film fast jeden Tag Fans vorbei kommen. Einige sind sehr nett wie wir, aber andere würden ungefragt ihr Grundstück betreten und sich daneben benehmen.. das ist wirklich sehr traurig. :( Unsere Gruppe war für den Tag angemeldet und sie erzählte uns sehr gerne von den vielen Geschehnissen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit! ♥

The last memorable film location for the day was the McFly's house.

Someone had parked his DeLorean right on the property.
It was just "heavy"! :D

The nice lady, who already lived in this house when the film was being made, even remembered our visit in 2015. We were very pleased. :)
She said that fans have been dropping by almost every day since the movie. Some are very nice like us, but others would enter their property without being asked and misbehave.. that is really very sad. :( Our group was registered for the day and she was happy to tell us about the many events. Thank you very much again for your hospitality! ♥
